Shipping : Our priority is to make everything possible to get your order delivered in fastest way. Still below are the standard policy we follow but we make all the efforts to do under promise over delivery to get you our product to your doorstep.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Although We offer Free Shipping on all orders above but in some special pincodes we charge a nominal amount.
Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Return Policy
At Yelloe, we take pride in our handcrafted products. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the product you can raise the return or exchange request within 2 days of recieving the order. There is a return fee of Rs.250/- which would be charged in case refund is opted in. Exchange or returns with store credit are free. Please note that products should be unused, undamged and in original condition as given. Any free gifts and packaging sould be returned same. Once quality check is done at our warehouse we will give refund or store credit to the customer which can be used within 1 year. For COD orders customer needs to share their bank details.
